Susan Livingston, whose younger brother Joe Blickenstaff died in Iraq, is a member of the NW chapter of Military Families Speak Out and Gold Star Families For Peace - families who have lost a loved one in the war. These groups, along with Western WA chapters of Veterans For Peace met with an aide to Governor Gregoire presenting a resolution calling for the Washington National Guard to be brought home.
